Safety Guidelines
At Mercariously, we prioritize the safety and enjoyment of our clients. While we provide safety guidelines and precautions, it is the responsibility of the client and their guests to use good judgment and follow them. We cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur during the event, and by booking with us, the client accepts these terms and releases us from liability.
- Family Friendly: We provide family-friendly entertainment for all ages and do not tolerate inappropriate behavior, comments or requests, and our performers retain the right to refuse service in unsafe or inappropriate environments.
- Online Comments: We promote a safe and inclusive space for everyone. Please refrain from leaving any negativity or inappropriate comments in our online comments sections. Let's keep our online community positive and respectful!
- Event Safety: We prioritize safety at all of our events, especially those that take place in or near water. While our performers are trained, we request and strongly suggest that a lifeguard be on duty at all times.
- Minor Safety: We require that anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult or guardian at all times during events.
- Performer Safety: We kindly ask that all dogs be kept on a leash or kept away from the performers during events. We also take into consideration weather safety and require necessary adjustments to event plans in the case of lightning, to ensure the safety of all participants and performers, both in and out of the water.
- Privacy: We value the privacy of our clients and do not disclose personal information or use photos without consent, especially for minors. We also prohibit any personal solicitation or requests towards our performers, and reserve the right to terminate services immediately, report and block online, and take legal actions if necessary.
